We offer solutions to improve the current offshore outsourcing challenges.

Ethically, the decision to outsource overseas creates a number of controversial issues.
Adopting a utilitarian stance, Trojan Consulting Group offers solutions that minimize the detrimental affects for all stakeholders, creating the greatest good for the largest quantity of people.

Legally, offshore outsourcing does not violate any United State laws. However, some legislators in Congress, California, and other states are trying to enact protectionist laws that restrict the use of offshore outsourcing. We recommend your companies adopt policies that address and counter these protectionist concerns.

Financially, offshore outsourcing provides United States companies with cost-cutting benefits for consumers and for shareholders. The cost benefits gained from outsourcing translate to increased revenues and new jobs.
